Winter Talent Pathway Program 2016

SRC’s Talent Advancement Program (STAP) is aimed at developing talented athletes, girls and boys, currently involved in school rowing programs. STAP aims to create a pathway into Senior school crews, SRC, Junior and International representation. The program combines training and racing opportunities with high performance coaching to give STAP athletes an advantage in preparing for their 2017 rowing season and beyond.
