Hardy through to A Final

The World U23 Championships kicked off on Sunday in Rotterdam, Netherlands where SRC’s Sam Hardy took to the water in the BM 4+. Taking a convincing win in Heat 2 to progress straight to the A Final. Hardy is currently a student at Harvard University and joins team mates, Tex Lawton, Jack Cleary, Henry Youl and coxswain Louis Copolov, all of whom are USA based Australian athletes. Harriet Hudson will take to the water on Wednesday night (AEST) in heat 3 the Junior single scull and the all SRC Junior men’s quad of Max Brenner, Jackson Kench, Thomas Barnes and Pasha Bevan also race in heat 4 of their event.
