are many areas of Sydney Rowing Club where you can sit and relax, quietly,
with a drink in the Regatta Bar, under an umbrella on the Foreshore
Terrace, or enjoy a meal or snack in the Bistro, or experience fine dining
with your friends in Dedes Restaurant

Restaurant
 Genial
host, Con Dedes, is justifiably proud of the reputation the Club
Restaurant has gained for its excellent a la carte menu, offering fine
seafoods, prime steaks and contemporary cuisine. Patrons travel from near
and far to enjoy the variety and tasty selections on offer each day.
The
Restaurants friendly, professional staff will make certain that every
detail of your meal is as pleasant an experience as youd ever want.
 The
dessert and gateau trolley presents a selection unsurpassed and the high
quality wine selection from the clubs extensive cellar, is of a quality
you would expect for such a fine venue.
The
Regatta Room
Licensed
to seat up to 150 guests, this beautiful room commands sweeping views of
the Parramatta River, en route to the Sydney 2000 Olympic site. Floor to
ceiling glass provides unrestricted access to this unique vista.
 A
beautiful environment for a wedding or celebratory function, the Regatta
Room offers a dance floor, full Bistro Service and a grand selection of
fine wines from the clubs cellar, along with complete bar service.
The
Regatta Room is open for breakfast from 8.30 on Sunday mornings and swings
to the sounds of the jazz band every Sunday afternoon.
Corporate
Conferences and Functions
The
Club has a private Conference Centre, fully equipped with overhead
projectors, video facilities, large screen TV, white boards and monitors
etc.
This
room seats up to 80 people in comfort, is a smoking free zone and is fully
air-conditioned.
We
can arrange a private section for coffee/juice breaks, with access to
outdoors. The views are an
effective aid to relaxation between sessions and special catering
requirements can easily be arranged.
The
Members Lounge
This
is the central meeting area of the club where tall stories and friendly
banter are diluted with the real life conversations of the day.
A
friendly, relaxing bar facility, the Members' Lounge offers direct views over the Parramatta
River, and access to our outside terrace.
The
Bistro
People
have been known to travel
long distances to enjoy one of our famous Bistro meals. Overseen, once
again, by the very capable Con Dedes, the Bistro offers great food, great
service and great value. Come and enjoy a meal or snack in our Bistro and
youll see that our reputation is well earned.
